![]() Thank god we had free minutes on our mobile to get through as it also took an interminable wait to even get to speak to someone. We arrived at the airport unnecessarily hot and stressed after wasting well over an hour of our holiday on the phone sorting out this mess. To be fair to Resort Hoppa they have offered to reimburse the taxi fare and the transfer fee they charged us but this wasn't their fault. We again told them this was wrong and were told it was too late for them to do anything so we had to jump in a taxi. We phoned ten minutes after they were due to arrive and were again told we were being picked up from a resort on the other side of the island. I phoned Resort Hoppa and they confirmed they had telephoned Jumbo and our pick up was correct. I telephoned the day before to get our pick up time and was told we were being collected from another resort on the other side of the island! I challenged this and was told to phone Resort Hoppa as only they could make the amendment. If you book through Resort Hoppa / this is the local agent they use. The incompetence on display by this company is breathtaking. We were in Alcudia, so the opposite side of the island hence my concern, however based on my personal experience I can only recommend Jumbo Transfers On both journeys our transfer was pleasant, safe and comfortable in an Audi A6. Day of return trip home, our driver was early and was the same as the first trip. I was on hold for 2 minutes, but got though and told the time. 2 days before our pick-up I called to confirm our return pick up the airport. Palma is a very big airport, so to let you know the Jumbo kiosk is near exit 1 (end of the building). Our driver was waiting at the airport on arrival and was a 1 minute walk from the exit. Book your Puerto de Pollensa transfers before you travel with hoppa from Palma de Mallorca Airport and be sure to save yourself time and money. However our experience with them was second to none. The charming resort of Puerto de Pollensa in the north of Mallorca has been established for many years, and so features a more old world charm than many of the other towns on the island. Book your Paguera transfers from Palma de Mallorca Airport today and experience this stunning holiday destination for yourself. There is also a choice of hiking routes that take in the natural beauty of the area. Prior to our holiday I checked up reviews and was apprehensive based on what I read here. Answer 1 of 7: Have just booked a weeks stay in Alcudia following a weeks cruise on Thompson Destiny and are looking to book a transfer from Palma Sea Port to Resort in Alcudia. The cleanliness in Paguera is impressive, and even during the summer months the beaches are maintained to the highest standard. This was done via On The Beach at the time of booking our holiday as I really didn't want to be sat on a packed coach driving to and from our hotel. When we arrived we were told the bus had gone, so we had to wait for another hour. The alternative is London Transport buses with most area hotels reached for the price of a standard bus fare.I had booked private transfers via Jumbo Transfers from Palma Airport to our resort. Answer 1 of 3: We booked Resort Hoppa for the first time from airport to palmanova, It is also the last time we will use them. There is a 50p surcharge per journey to buy a ticket on the bus. Hotel Hoppa fares start at £5.00 per adult for a single and £10.00 for a return. In 2019 5 Wright Streetlite DFs were added to the fleet. In 2008 these were replaced by 32 Alexander Dennis Enviro200 Darts painted in National Express white and grey livery. Sign in to get trip updates and message other travellers. The network was originally operated with a fleet of 1997 built Wright Crusader bodied Volvo B6LEs, which were painted in National Express circles livery with the red replaced by light blue. ![]() It is operated under Rotala's Hallmark Connections brand. The city has seven picturesque bays where you can enjoy the sun and beach. The business became part of Rotala at the end of 2017, following its acquisition from National Express. Cala dOr is a medium-sized and cosy resort-town located 65 kilometres east of Palma. Have seen Resort Hoppa recommended but having looked into them a bit further. A free shuttle service links Terminal 4 with Terminals 1–3. Answer 1 of 4: Have just booked a weeks holiday for next August in Alcudia following a weeks cruise on Thompson Destiny and looking to book a transfer from Palma Sea Port to Alcudia. Were last drop off (Aparthotel Duva Pollenca) - bus went via Alcudica and every other place in. ![]() Had to wait until 3.30pm until another flight had landed before getting on bus. Landed at Palma at 1.30pm and reported to Resorthoppa desk told to wait outside for bus. Hotel Hoppa is a network of bus services owned and operated by Rotala, connecting major hotels near Heathrow Airport with Terminals 1-3 and Terminal 5. Would never use Resorthoppa again after our poor experience with them last year.
